Puff Pasty Tart - easy peasy

This recipe is a bit of a cheat. And not healthy. Tastes good though!

You need:

1 sheet/block of puff pastry rolled out
Tomato puree/passata/ something like that

Spread the tomato-y stuff on the pastry but leave about 2cm round the edge (this will puff up bigger and make the tart shape).
Sprinkle on the cheese (I used mozerella and cheddar) and ham

Bake (at about 220 degrees celsius) for 15-20 min. Eat. Enjoy

My mozerella was sloppy and it made the base a bit soggy. Still edible though. Might have some beans on toast later too. I'm having a hungry day (week, month, year....)
